Here is how we will support your Bikeathon Kidz event:
Provide a comprehensive organisers’ guide manual with step-by-step advice on putting together your event.Publicity materials - we will provide you with posters and flyers that you can use to tell all the children and parents about your Bikeathon Kidz event)Provide rider packs - with sponsor forms and fundraising ideas for the children )Online fundraising - set up an online fundraising page for your school.Banners, balloons and signs - help you mark out your course and create that all-important celebratory feel.T-shirts and medals - t-shirts for the children and medals as they finish the ride. They will also be given a certificate and a Bikeathon Kidz badge once they pay in their sponsor money.Press Release} - provide you with a template press release to help you get local press coverage.Public Liability} - provide you with a copy of our Public Liability Insurance if you need it.Assemblies - we would be delighted to come to your school and tell the children all about Bikeathon Kidz and the work of Leukaemia Research. If you need further information about blood cancers that may be useful for lesson plans please contact us.Once you have collected in all the sponsorship money and forwarded it to Leukaemia Research we will send you a school certificate along with a cheque for half the total amount raised.
